fam100 offers a generous free tier plus premium plans for larger families and advanced features. Everything relating to billing lives in the Account → Subscription area.
Viewing your plan
- See your current plan, renewal date, and remaining credits on the subscription dashboard.
- Free plans show how many activities you can log before needing to upgrade.
Upgrading or downgrading
- Click Change plan.
- Review the available tiers (Monthly or Annual). Each card lists included features such as extra member slots, offline bundles, and extended storage.
- Confirm your choice. Stripe securely handles the payment process; your billing information never touches our servers.
- Changes take effect immediately, and you receive an email receipt.
Managing payment methods
- Add multiple cards and choose a default for renewals.
- Update expired cards or remove old ones at any time.
- Access the self-service billing portal to download invoices and manage tax receipts.
Pausing or cancelling
- Use Pause subscription to keep your data and resume later. You retain read-only access during the pause.
- Cancelling stops future charges. Your family stays on the free plan with limited storage after the current period ends.
Billing notifications
- We email and notify admins about failed payments so you can update details before service interruptions occur.
- All invoices are available in the Billing history tab for easy reference.
