fam100 offers a generous free tier plus premium plans for larger families and advanced features. Everything relating to billing lives in the Account → Subscription area.

Viewing your plan

  • See your current plan, renewal date, and remaining credits on the subscription dashboard.
  • Free plans show how many activities you can log before needing to upgrade.

Upgrading or downgrading

  1. Click Change plan.
  2. Review the available tiers (Monthly or Annual). Each card lists included features such as extra member slots, offline bundles, and extended storage.
  3. Confirm your choice. Stripe securely handles the payment process; your billing information never touches our servers.
  4. Changes take effect immediately, and you receive an email receipt.

Managing payment methods

  • Add multiple cards and choose a default for renewals.
  • Update expired cards or remove old ones at any time.
  • Access the self-service billing portal to download invoices and manage tax receipts.

Pausing or cancelling

  • Use Pause subscription to keep your data and resume later. You retain read-only access during the pause.
  • Cancelling stops future charges. Your family stays on the free plan with limited storage after the current period ends.

Billing notifications

  • We email and notify admins about failed payments so you can update details before service interruptions occur.
  • All invoices are available in the Billing history tab for easy reference.
