Who can use fam100?

fam100 is designed for families with children aged 3–13, but many activities scale up or down. Parents, guardians, and trusted relatives can all join the same family space.

Do I need a paid plan?

No. The free plan lets you create one family space, add up to three children, and log plenty of activities. Upgrade only if you want extra storage, offline bundles, or advanced analytics.

Can kids log in?

Yes. Older children can have Contributor accounts that let them add check-ins and view their progress. They cannot edit family settings unless promoted by an adult.

How secure is our data?

Sessions are managed by Better Auth with secure cookies, and media files are stored in encrypted buckets. Only approved family members can access your content.

What languages are supported?

The interface currently supports English and Simplified Chinese. More languages are on the roadmap—let us know what you need most.

Can we export our memories?

Absolutely. Use Account → Data export to download all check-ins, photos, and notes anytime.

Is there a mobile app?

The web app is fully responsive. Native iOS and Android companions are in beta; join the waitlist from the dashboard banner.
