What you see first

• Today’s Focus shows a rotating set of activity cards that match your family’s interests, weather-friendly options, and what each child has enjoyed recently.
• The Check-in Shortcut lets you record a completed activity with a single tap. Add notes or photos without leaving the page.
• Family Snapshot highlights birthdays, new members waiting for approval, and any outstanding invitations you have sent.
• The Progress Ring gives a quick glance at how many activities the family has completed this week and whether you’re on track for your current streak goal.

Navigation tips

• Use the top navigation bar to switch between Activities, Progress, and Family. Each section remembers your last filter or view.
• Tap the avatar menu in the top-right corner to switch between children, open account settings, or access the admin space (if your email has admin rights).
• On mobile, the bottom tab bar mirrors these sections so you can move around with one thumb.

Quick actions

• Start an activity – choose any card from “Today’s Focus” or the “Continue where you left off” strip to jump straight into its detail page.
• Continue a streak – the dashboard warns you if a streak is about to expire and links you directly to the best-matching card to keep it alive.
• Share a moment – upload a photo or reflection directly from the dashboard; it will appear under that child’s timeline automatically.

Personalizing the dashboard

• Pin your favourite categories by selecting “Customize feed” in the upper-right corner. You can pick focus areas like Outdoor, Creativity, or STEM.
• Choose whether you prefer to see family-wide suggestions or per-child recommendations by toggling the “View mode” pill.
• Turn on quiet hours to snooze achievement notifications during homework or bedtime. Quiet hours apply to the entire household.

Helpful reminders

• Notifications about magical link logins, admin approvals, or billing updates appear under the bell icon. Tap any item to open the relevant page.
• Weekly recap emails mirror what you see here; unsubscribe anytime from Account → Notifications if you prefer in-app updates only.
• Need help? The Support button at the bottom of the dashboard opens this user guide and the in-app chat widget.
