Use Card Plans to organise upcoming activities and keep everyone aligned on what’s next.

Creating a plan

  1. Navigate to Activities → Plans.
  2. Select New plan and give it a name (e.g., “Autumn Adventures” or “Weekend Fun”).
  3. Choose the start date and the children involved.
  4. Add cards by searching or dragging from your favourites list.

Managing plans

  • Reorder cards with drag-and-drop to match your schedule.
  • Assign a responsible adult for each activity so everyone knows who is leading.
  • Add preparation notes or shopping reminders; they appear in the family checklist.

Tracking progress

  • Completed cards automatically move to the “Done” column with the check-in linked.
  • If you skip an activity, mark it as Reschedule to move it into next week’s plan.

Sharing plans

  • Export to PDF for printing or offline sharing.
  • Send a read-only link to extended family so they can follow along without joining the space.

Planning ahead ensures you always have meaningful activities ready for the moments that matter.
