Run into a snag? Try these quick fixes before contacting support.

Login issues

  • Magic link not arriving: check spam folders, then resend. Links expire after 15 minutes.
  • Google sign-in loops back to the error page: clear the __Secure-better-auth.state cookie, ensure third-party cookies are enabled, or try a private window. If you manage multiple Google accounts, sign out of unused ones first.
  • Account locked: three failed attempts trigger a 10-minute cooldown. Wait and try again or reset your password.

Activity syncing problems

  • Ensure you have an active internet connection. Offline check-ins sync automatically once you reconnect.
  • If a check-in appears twice, delete one entry from the timeline; recommendations adjust instantly.

Missing photos or media

  • Large uploads may take a moment to process. Refresh the page after 30 seconds.
  • Verify that your plan still has storage available. Upgrade or delete unused media if needed.

Streak discrepancies

  • Streaks rely on completion dates. Edit the check-in and confirm the correct day is selected.
  • Paused children don’t count toward family-wide streaks. Reactivate them from Family → Children if needed.

Payment hiccups

  • Failed renewal? Update your card details under Account → Subscription and retry the payment.
  • Unsure about a charge? Download the invoice from the billing portal for full details.
